Summary: Based on shop drawings supplied by Edify Design and due to the complexity of the building, Edify Design decided to create a 3D model to ensure glass and unit sizing was correct. By doing this, we discovered issues with the architectural drawings that would have created issues during fabrication and install. We lead several calls to help architect correct the Architectural Model issues. We were also asked by the customer to conduct a soffit study to ensure our product (cassette system) was not clashing with the soffit above.
