Available Positions

Roles:
Lead projects and project tasks including the design, shop drawings and incorporating structural engineering requirements while maintaining the project schedule milestone dates and remaining within the Design Bid scope of work. This includes monitoring other team members who assist you on the project(s).
Develop proposal drawings and Design Development drawings for clients and project design teams to lead the fenestration design on projects incorporating best practices for performance, manufacturability and installation.

Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership

Roles:
Prepare basic and advanced submission shop drawings for a variety of fenestration products from different manufacturers utilizing AutoDesk software.
Identify and propose solutions for potential problem areas regarding system installation, and/or design, i.e., either working internally, externally or with a combination of both, a proposed solution must be worked out prior to asking your supervisor and taking it to the customer.
